Chromesthesia
Chromesthesia or sound-to-color synesthesia is a type of synesthesia in which sound involuntarily evokes an experience of color, shape, and movement. Individuals with sound-color synesthesia are consciously aware of their synesthetic color associations/perceptions in daily life~Wikipedia.
As a synesthete, music is more than an auditory experience. When I hear any words or music, it appears in my mind as full color moving imagery. These works depict the images produced by the music that inspired them. The colors reflect the actual colors the music produces through the synesthesia experience and the images are a compilation or a still shot of the movie within my brain.
